  • I take the burden of a team headshot session off you.  With all the other things going on in your business, I know that the last thing you need to be doing is fielding dozens of emails from your staff about a headshot session.  I use the latest technology such as online scheduling, instant image viewing and selection, organized file management and online image delivery to organize and manage the session before, during, and after.

  • Everyone will have a great experience and LOVE their images. I know many people dislike having their picture taken. So, I make every effort to create a stress-free, relaxed environment so that everyone feels as comfortable as possible in front of the camera. This will result in great images that everyone is happy with.

  • I come prepared. I bring everything with me to help make the photo session run as smoothly as possible. Seemingly little things like hairspray, lint rollers, powder for touch-ups, and mirrors can help keep a session on track and deliver great results!

      STEP 1 – Determine how many of your team need headshots, when they will need them, and where you would like the session to be held.

      Team headshot sessions can take place on-site at your location or at any other location you choose.  For virtual employees, new hires, or small teams, we can arrange to use my North Aurora-based studio.  Pricing is based on the number of people, with costs changing in tiers as indicated below.  There is a $150 location fee for any on-site sessions.

      First 4 – 10 people −−−−−−−−−−−−−−$130/person.

      My place or yours.  Allow approximately 1 hour for this size of session.

      Next 11 – 20 people −−−−−−−−−−−−−−$115/person.

      My place or yours.  Allow approximately 2 hours for this size of session.

      Next 21 – 30 people −−−−−−−−−−−−−−$105/person.

      My place or yours.  Allow approximately 3 hours for this size of session.

      Larger groups qualify a customized volume rate.  Please call for pricing.

      NOTE: A Reservation Deposit will need to be paid at the time of booking in order to hold the date on my calendar.

      This fee is equal to 10% of the total estimated cost of the job and will be applied toward the final invoice.

      You may reschedule the job without penalty. If you need to cancel, the entire Reservation Deposit will be forfeited.

      What if I have fewer than 4 people on my team?

      For teams of 1 – 3 people, the session will be billed as an individual headshot. Please click here to find out more.

      Do you offer headshots at events?

      Yes, I do! I can easily set up a headshot booth at any event to handle larger numbers of people. Please click here to find out more about our event headshot services.

      Will you also shoot team photos in addition to the headshots?

      Absolutely!  No matter what size team you have, I can easily do a group photo organized to meet your needs (e.g., by sub-team, by department, etc.).  One team shot is included with your session with any additional groupings charged as one extra person (see above).

      Can I choose the color of background for the photos?

      Yes.  Most of my clients opt for white or grey, but I can easily provide backgrounds that match your company’s brand colors.  I also have various solid colors, gradients, and custom digital backgrounds from which to choose for a more distinct look.

      Where are you located?

      I am conveniently located at 714 Augusta Drive in North Aurora, IL, just a few miles north of the I-88 Farnsworth Road North exit.  Our studio offers photo sessions by-appointment only for clients and on-location services.  In addition, my online scheduling system allows you to schedule a session for new hires or remote employees without ever having to contact me.

      Can you match headshots we have taken previously?

      If your company has specific branding and you are looking for a new headshot provider or if your team is in different markets and you need all the headshots to look the same, I can help with that!  Simply give me a picture that you would like to match or a sample of a style that you like, I can take it from there!  

      What if we can’t get everyone together on the same day?

      With the ever-increasing dynamic of virtual work, more and more companies are made up of remote teams and don’t have a central location where everyone works every day.   Other companies are in businesses that have people in and out of the office at random times.  Regardless of the situation, I have easy solutions.  I’ll start with an on-site session at your main office location to capture images of as many people as I can.  For those unable to be there, my custom online calendar will allow them a way to schedule a session at my studio at their convenience.  No matter what the circumstances, I will ensure that everyone on your team gets a headshot that they love that matches your company’s branding.
